Call for Workshops/Hands-on sessions

PAEE/ALE'2026 is calling for workshops related to the conference theme. The aim of a Workshop / Hands-on (WS/H-O) session is to encourage active participation from attendees to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and mutual enrichment. The WS/H-O session lasts 90 minutes. Senior researchers interested in organizing a WS/H-O are invited to submit a proposal. Proposals will be reviewed, and the acceptance or rejection of WS/H-O will be determined.

Proposals should include the following information:

• WS/H-O title,
• A workshop paper should include an introduction, activities, and expected results.
  The template is available here.
• Workshop chair contact information,
• A short-form CV of the proposed workshop chair.

Submit your proposal If accepted, the WS/H-O session-chair commits to the following:

• announcement of participants from various research fields around the world depends on WS/H-O theme.

If you would like to revise your Workshop Paper within the deadline,
please email the revised version to paeeale[_at_]conferenceservice.jp.
